All of these pale in comparison to dealing with Hana’s jealous BFF from Olympus, the God of Fear, who is determined to make Evan’s life a living nightmare. However, the dark secret Hana is keeping from him might be the biggest shock yet, an obstacle they may not be able to overcome.

Can their burgeoning romance survive the onslaught of jealous rivals, murderous monsters, and Hana’s dark secret, or will it prove too much?

Book 2 of My High School Odyssey, Death’s First Kiss picks up right after book 1, with Evan needing to get ready for school the day after the terrible fight with the Lost Soul, and the revelations of Hana’s identity. Trying and failing to hide a massive bruise on his face, he’s certain the worst is behind him until he’s ambushed while walking into high school by a being of pure terror and malice.

Is dating an Olympian really possible? Or will it prove too herculean a task for the teenager?
